10% of Proceeds from the Events Will Go Back to Schools
Eat My Catfish, LLC, is excited to announce a special Ash Wednesday fundraiser in partnership with five Catholic churches and schools across Central Arkansas. On March 5th, 2025, from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM, these five locations will host simultaneous events to mark the beginning of Lent and raise funds for their respective organizations.
The participating churches and schools will welcome their local communities to enjoy a delicious Lenten meal while supporting a good cause. Eat My Catfish has committed to donating 10% of the proceeds from each event back to the hosting organization, supporting their ongoing community outreach and educational programs.
“We’re thrilled to partner with these wonderful Catholic communities for this Ash Wednesday fundraiser,” said Travis Hester, Founder and President at Eat My Catfish. “It’s a great opportunity for families to come together, enjoy a tasty meal, and support their local church or school at the start of the Lenten season.”
The fish fry events will take place at the following locations:
1. Holy Souls School PTO, Riverdale Location (2516 Cantrell Road Ste A 12)
2. Christ the King School PTO, Breckenridge Location (10301 N. Rodney Parham Rd)
3. Immaculate Conception School PTO, North Little Rock Location (4216 E. McCain Blvd.)
4. Our Lady of Fatima School PTO, Benton Location (1205 Military Road)
5. St. Joseph’s School PTO, Conway Location (2125 Harkrider St.)
Each participating church and school will promote the event within their community, encouraging parishioners, students, and local residents to attend. Guests can choose between dine-in and take-out options, making it convenient for families and individuals to participate.
This Ash Wednesday fundraiser combines the long-standing Catholic tradition of abstaining from meat on Ash Wednesday with the spirit of community service and charitable giving. It offers an excellent opportunity for people to come together, reflect on the beginning of the Lenten season, and support their local religious and educational institutions.
