Travis Hester, President and Founder of Eat My Catfish, works directly with Louisiana crawfish farmers positioning the restaurant as the go-to spot for both cooked and live crawfish in Arkansas.
“We’re thrilled to bring the spirit of Mardi Gras to Arkansas,” says Hester. “From our humble beginnings as a food truck in Benton to now operating six brick-and-mortar locations and catering over 1,200 events annually, we’ve always strived to offer the best Cajun cuisine experience outside of Louisiana.”
