Eat My Catfish Feeds the American Subcontractors Association of Arkansas at War Memorial Stadium
On April 17, 2025, the American Subcontractors Association (ASA) of Arkansas hosted its annual Crawfish Boil at War Memorial Stadium, and it was a feast for the ages. Eat My Catfish stepped up to cater this massive event, serving over 800 attendees in a celebration of community, construction, and, of course, crawfish. The event, which has become a cherished tradition for ASA of Arkansas members, brought together subcontractors, suppliers, and industry professionals for an unforgettable evening of networking and Southern hospitality.
The scale of the boil was nothing short of impressive. Eat My Catfish cooked a staggering 2,400 pounds of crawfish, sourced from 78 sacks, using just four pots—an incredible feat that showcased their expertise and efficiency. The crawfish were seasoned to perfection with Eat My Catfish’s in-house special blend, Willie Dust, delivering the bold, spicy flavors that make a crawfish boil a true Southern experience. Alongside the mudbugs, guests enjoyed classic accompaniments like corn on the cob and potatoes, ensuring everyone left satisfied.
This year’s event was the largest in ASA of Arkansas’s Crawfish Boil history, drawing a record-breaking crowd to War Memorial Stadium. The atmosphere was electric, filled with live music, engaging conversations, and the shared joy of cracking open crawfish under the spring sky. ASA of Arkansas, dedicated to improving the business environment for subcontractors and suppliers through education, advocacy, and networking, used this event to strengthen community ties and celebrate the industry’s contributions to the state. As noted on their website, ASA of Arkansas is the only association focused exclusively on subcontracting, making events like this vital for fostering professional growth and camaraderie.
Your entire team did a great job! Thank you and looking forward to next year!
