A New Chapter for Eat My Catfish Benton

Eat My Catfish is excited to announce the graduation of James Heritage from our prestigious Manager In Training (MIT) program. James has spent the last several months honing his leadership skills and mastering the ins and outs of restaurant management at our Breckenridge location, and we are proud to see him take the next step in his career.
James’s journey through the MIT program reflects our commitment to developing future leaders within our company and the broader Arkansas community. The program is designed to provide hands-on experience, mentorship, and the knowledge needed to run a successful restaurant-qualities James demonstrated throughout his training.
Now, James is stepping into the role of Lead Manager at our original location in Benton, where Eat My Catfish first opened its doors in 2008. This is a full-circle moment, as he returns to the roots of our story, ready to lead with the same passion and dedication that have defined our brand for over fifteen years.
Please join us in congratulating James Heritage on this significant achievement. We look forward to the positive impact he will make at our Benton location and are confident that, under his leadership, Eat My Catfish will continue to serve up the quality, hospitality, and community spirit our guests have come to expect.
Congratulations, James! Your hard work and commitment truly embody the Eat My Catfish spirit.
