Live Crawfish
How many pounds per person should I account for?
If no other protein is being served allow 2-3lbs for women/ children and 4-5 lbs for men. If other protein (main course) is available, cut those amounts in half.
How much corn and potatoes should I get for my boil?
One corn on the cob per person and 2 potatoes per person.
What seasoning do you use and recommend?
We use and recommend our own seasoning, which is blended specifically for us in Louisiana. We sell seasoning in four-pound bags.
How much seasoning should I purchase with my live crawfish?
We recommend four pounds of seasoning per sack of crawfish. Two pounds in the boiling pot, one pound in the ice chest on top of the crawfish after they are cooked, and one pound on the table for extra spice lovers.
What should I bring when picking up my order?
An ice chest big enough to fit the number of sacks ordered and one bag of ice per sack purchased. We will not guarantee the quality of any crawfish that leaves our business without an ice chest.
Can I get live crawfish during the week?
Yes, we can also receive live crawfish Monday to Thursday, and we ask you place those orders two days prior to wanting to pick them up.
What do I need to order?
Deposits are required on all live sacks and can be made with either a credit card or cash. We will only hold the credit card number on file and not charge a deposit (similar to reserving a hotel room).
How many pounds come in a sack of crawfish?
Sacks range from 30 to 37 lbs per sack. Our minimum live order is 20lbs.
How far in advance must I order live crawfish?
All orders need to be placed before Thursday lunch for Friday delivery. Crawfish may be picked up Friday 12pm–9pm or Saturday 9am–noon.
Ready-to-Eat Crawfish
During season, come on by any of our locations for pipin’ hot ready-to-eat crawdads. We’ve got as many as you can stuff in your face, so swing on by!
Monday – Thursday 11am – 8pm
Friday & Saturday 11am – 9pm
Sunday 11am – 2pm

It is optional to bring an ice chest to keep your crawfish warmer longer, but it is recommended when buying 20+ lbs of cooked crawfish.
Should I call ahead for cooked crawfish?
It never hurts, but if you are ordering less than 10lbs, it’s safe just to stop in.
