LITTLE ROCK, Ark. – Eat My Catfish, Arkansas’ favorite seafood restaurant known for
its delectable catfish, crawfish and Southern-inspired cuisine, was presented with a proclamation from Governor Sanders naming August as ‘Catfish Month’ in Arkansas.
The proclamation was presented by Secretary of Agriculture, Wes Ward. Secretary Ward, along with several other cabinet secretaries, enjoyed lunch at Eat My Catfish of Riverdale, and handed off the official proclamation to owners Travis and Jessica Hester.
