What does an EMC Manager do?
Our MANAGERS coordinate the daily Front of the House and Back of the House operations to create and maintain exceptional service to maximize our guest’s satisfaction. The MANAGER is proficient in responding to and accurately handling guest complaints as well as internal disputes and employee development. Key roles the MANAGER plays within our team is to motivate and encourage our staff members as well appraise staff performance and provide feedback to improve productivity. The MANAGER maintains high food quality and guest service standards, as well as focuses on efficiently operating inventory and controls waste to ensure the highest profit. The MANAGER also maintains a safe, secure, and healthy environment by establishing, following, and enforcing sanitation standards and procedures, by complying with legal regulations, and by securing revenues.
Must have strong leadership, motivational and people skills; must complete our 12-week Manager-in-Training Program; food service management experience is required.
